Job Description
Morgan Lewis and Bockius LLP is seeking an Audit Response Processor for our Philadelphia office. The Audit Response Processors support the General Counsel to the Firm and the Audit Response Committee by implementing all administrative activities related to the Firm's responses to auditors' requests for information.

Responsibilities include:

* Reviewing inquiries from auditors, identifying responsible attorneys, researching and collecting information, preparing and circulating audit responses, interfacing with attorneys, clients and auditors and ensuring all deadlines are met.
* May also assume responsibility for special projects.

Experience
Qualified candidates will have a H.S. diploma and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal setting with knowledge of legal terminology, procedures and applicable technology. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Elite and DTE Axiom is required. Candidates must be detail oriented, possess good organizational skills, excellent writing and analytical skills, and be able to work independently and frequently under tight timeframes. Candidates must enjoy a fast paced work environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to successfully interact with all levels within the Firm. Flexibility with overtime is required.
