HYG is looking for an energetic Automation Business Development Manager who will have a positive influence on the Warehouse Solutions team. As an Automation Business Development Manager, you will develop and coordinate the internal process necessary to link parts/service/fleet/leasing/special product engineering development (SPED) and Engineering. You will provide sales support to develop dealer sales, National Account Managers in the sales cycle that will lead to increase SGT increased sales activity and sales. You will have the opportunity to be involved in a leadership and support role for basic implementation of sold systems and assist in generating automation sales.



The successful Automation Business Development Manager will have the following Key Accountabilities:



Lead the post-sale installation process, track project cost to manage a +25% margin and manage project responsibility accounting for project overruns.



Develop business paths, process and planning schedules that lead to the sale of SGT product as well as assist in all presale activities of automation including Remote Pick Assist, Seegrid, Balyo and any new added Automation products.



Develop the dealer network by developing and implementing in country sales and marketing strategies. Recommend changes to distribution strategy including dealer changes.



Control all post install path corrections that are normal and routine.



Develop user group of HYG automation installations that meet annually.



The successful Automation Business Development Manager will have the following Minimum Qualifications:



BS/BA degree in Industrial Engineering or process engineering with 7 years relevant experience, or 10-12 years of relevant experience without degree required.

7 years Project Management experience required.

7 years of experience in the robotic or AGV industry preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in front or end users or project leadership preferred.

Programming understanding via education or association in professional history preferred.

7 years CAD or equivalent preferred.

7 years of travel experience covering project management preferred.
