This role is responsible for managing the accounts of their sales representative, taking orders all the way through to completion. li Provides customer service to external customers /li li Enters customer's orders into the system /li li Follow up with customer's on product orders /li li Provides information to customers regarding pricing, product information and any other inquiries that they have /li li Set up and maintain customer master data /li li Work directly with China production division on shipping schedule and delivery /li li Manage logistics for customer orders /li li Manages fabric details /li li Issue credits or replacement parts to customers /li /ul
  br Qualifications: br ul
li Associate's degree preferred /li li At least 3 years of experience within the furniture industry /li li Strong communication skills /li li Strong problem solver /li li Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel /li li Prioritizes and plans work activities /li /ul
