Job Description Colonial Life has an immediate opening for a Recruiting & Training Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Los Angeles area. We are looking for professional individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who understand the meaning of quality service and customer satisfaction. - Recruit and Develop a sales team along with support from corporate (training and recruiting support)- Recruit and Develop a managerial staff along with support from corporate (training and recruiting support)- B2B benefits sales and communication- Running a small-large office of Insurance Agents and Managers- Interview, pre screen, and select quality individuals to join the company- Field training/running appointments with clients and new agents- Running sales meetings and orientations for new agents- Mandatory trainings on recruiting and sales from corporate representatives (travel will be required/paid for by company) Minimum qualifications: Business-to-Business sales experience. 2+ Years of B2B SalesExperience in running a large staff/team of sales agents2+ years Recruiting ExperienceLife & Health LicenseStrong Work EthicAbility to work IndependentlyNo Criminal Background Strong communication skills to deliver our value proposition with HR directors and business owners. The ability to generate business leads through various sources such as networking, following up on warm leads, and using our proven prospecting system to develop new contacts.
