JOB DESCRIPTIONAbout Position: We are seeking a candidate with a strong drive toward career success with excellent computer and math skills and business to business sales experience. Our Sales Reps require excellent relationship development skills and the ability to overcome the ?expected resistance? when selling to our top national customers. Our Sales Reps handle a geographic territory of 2-4 states within the United States. Our business is handled 85% in the office by telephone/email and 15% travel to clients/tradeshows.
Although the startup time for those that are new to our industry is between 1 and 2 years, our career path provides strong, progressively growing income potential with no cap. Many of our sales people are earning over $100k with some approaching the $200k range in annual income. We are seeking candidates strong at prospecting and developing new business while successfully maintaining existing accounts.
Responsibilities: With the use of sincere relationship building skills, you will present and sell Foods products and services. Our Sales Professionals must meet our company?s goals and expectations in the areas of customer service, travel, continuing education and sales. Foods work environment provides good training, support and teamwork.
Compensation and Benefits:
? Annual starting salary $50,000 + Bonus (Depending on experience)
? Income potential: Experienced reps earn over $100k a year
? Health benefits for employee with the major cost paid for by the company
? Hours are Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 3 PM, or 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
? Standard Vacation package, most Federal holidays observed, 2 days for Christmas and Thanksgiving
? Business to business sales experience
? Food service sales is very helpful and will be considered greatly
? College Degree
? Strong math skills; good organizational and multi-tasking skills
? Excellent computer skills, Excel, Word, Outlook, ACT and internet research
? Ability to travel- customer visits and tradeshows (Appx 10 trips per year, 2-4 days)
