This position is responsible for managing all Beverage areas and ensuring a guest atmosphere that is pleasant, enjoyable, and fun. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures Ensures proper drink preparation and adequate inventory including product selection and purchasing input Maintains compliance with established staffing and cost budgets Maintains strong control processes for all bars, including par levels, cost management and beverage menu selection Coordinates employee staffing and work schedules Promotes positive guest relations at all times Oversees hiring, training, interviewing, evaluations and supervision of all direct assigned personnel Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free environment within area of responsibility Native American Preference Policy: The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans.
