BOWLING CENTER GENERAL MANAGER NEEDED! HANOVER, MASSACHUSETTS The General Manager plans, develops, recommends, and administers changes or improvements in a busy and dynamic entertainment facility. They ensure manpower levels of multiple departments; including sales, marketing, maintenance, as well as food and beverage departments, are able to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and profitability for the organization. Lead negotiations on selected contracts and development opportunities. Review operating budgets and financial statements to identify efficiency and enhancement opportunities and track progress. Ensures that team members clearly understand and are held accountable for their performance and customer service expectations. Establish and endorse organizational core values while adhering to all core business objectives described in the General Manager role.
