This job ad is anticipating the need to fill permanent part time positions in our Pewaukee Customer Care Center. The actual number of openings will be determined after internal processing has been completed. Is Customer Service your passion? If so, consider joining our care center team as a Customer Consultant. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service from residential, farm, and business customers. Includes identifying needs and providing energy-related solutions to meet those needs, negotiating and establishing delivery dates as well as handling various gas/electric emergencies and general outage management. Additional tasks include: Handle bill inquiries, on/off service calls and outage reports. Gather and enter customer information for customer database. Listen to customer and cross-sell products and services such as budget billing as well as discuss energy conservation measures to resolve high bill complaints. Handle calls from any customer group as staffing needs dictate. Successful candidates will be a member of a team, but work is performed independently.

*The start date will be November 29, 2016. *Applicants must be able to work anytime between 6 a.m and midnight - 7 days/week. Overtime to meet call volumes or emergency call-outs.
