BSA COMPLIANCE OFFICER
You will be responsible for performing key aspects of Consumer Banking Division?s (CBD) AML Program and will ensure that Bank standards, regulatory requirements and expectations associated with BSA, USA Patriot Act and OFAC are met. CBD business line encompasses retail banking, consumer and commercial lending. One of the main focuses of this individual will be development and execution of Risk Assessments within CBD focusing on BSA/AML and OFAC. You will work with Corporate BSA Compliance staff, other Compliance functions, Business Units, and other internal groups to proactively identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement. DUTIES:Develop and/or perform BSA/AML/Sanctions impact and risk assessment exercises. Responsible for effecting corrective actions to promptly address any audit or regulatory findings and report regularly to senior management about progress on corrective actions. Assist in providing guidance and coordination of policy, procedure, and process updates and revisions as necessary to meet BSA, AML, and Sanctions compliance requirements. Align CBD BSA/AML policies and procedures by partnering with the Corporate BSA Office and other business units to promote consistent practices. Remain aware of new BSA/AML and Sanctions laws and regulations relevant to the business line and implement regulatory requirements via Policies and Procedures.
