li Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner /li li Executes all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner /li li Provides product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary /li li Responds to customer inquiries /li li Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements /li li Maintains correspondent accounts in accordance with applicable regulations and policies /li li Enters information a computerized database /li li Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries /li li Records details about customer inquiries /li li Helps resolve complicated customer complaints /li li Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution /li /ul
