Responsibilities for this clerical opportunity include but are not limited to the following:
. Review and ensure loan documentation is compliant
. Review, input and ensure loan coding are consistent with loan documents
. Mail processing (opening incoming mail and prepping loan packets)
. Scanning documents
. Reviewing and interpreting legal agreements
. Data entry and 10key
. Will receive the loan packets and will need to review and input the terms into the computer
. Windows, MS Outlook
Review and ensure loan documentation is in compliance to applicable laws and adherence to bank policy. Maintain technical knowledge including but not limited to the ALS, Commercial, FisServ, FDR, Datascan, APPRO, LeasePlus systems and the various databases as related to federal and state regulatory guidelines; and bank documentation requirements. Notify upper management when violations are found.
The person in this position will focus generally on the more simple consumer loans. You will review loan documentation to the client loan system to make sure that loans have booked correctly. There will also be some data entry into the loan systems using values from a data input sheet. The position will also have some administrative work such as filing, opening and sorting mail, etc. This will require someone who can work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
. Previous financing experience or legal documents experience
. Banking or mortgage experience helpful
. Specific consumer loan processing very helpful
Pay for this position is $13.50-$13.65/hr plus overtime as needed. This is a temporary opportunity until February 2017.
