Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons. Learn all beverage and wine lists, including daily specials. Learn and follow all beverage recipes and adhere to the established pour policy. Operate within full compliance of liquor laws and regulations. Adhere to and enforce all control systems. Process orders through cash register. Learn prices of all drinks. Collect payment and promptly settle all cash and charge transactions. Requisition liquor and other supplies, when needed with supervisor's approval. Keep bar area clean and organized at all times and prepared for on-coming shift. Inform supervisor of guests who appear to be intoxicated. Ask for identification of all suspected under-age patrons.
