Responsible for managing the catering operations of Indian Springs Resort/Sam's Social Club. Organizing and executing all banquets with the banquet team fom set-up, design esthetics, efficient delivery of F&B and breakdown performed immediately after each event. The Banquet Manger will be available for the client during the event. Hiring and managing banquet staff and scheduling adequately for events taking into consideration the budget for the event. Responsible for the Control and organization of banquet china, cutlery, linens and equipment and event space organization.and banquet storage areas.
