Job Description
CULINAIRE, a dynamic, privately-owned food and beverage management company headquartered in Texas, is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Banquet Manager for our Embassy Suites LAX South property in El Segundo, California.
As Banquet Manager you will report to the Food and Beverage Director and will be responsible for:
* Hands on supervision of the banquet wait staff and house staff in the set-up and service of banquets
* Adherence to CULINAIREs service standards
* Effective scheduling of staff and control of labor expenses
* Hiringtraining personnel
* Effective inventory management of smallwares, linens and furniture
