Description:

Banquet Manager is responsible for: hiring, training and directing the banquet staff in servicing all the banquet activities; ensuring a successful function and repeat business. Requirements include: comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparations; service standards; guest relations and etiquette; and a minimum of two years of banquet captain or food and beverage supervisory experience.

Experience in a 4-Star 4 Diamond hotel property with high-volume Banquet Catering business. Must be able to perform the tasks and meet the physical and mobility standards as defined in the job description. Looking for positive and energetic individuals capable of working in a high-volume fast-paced environment. Minimum 2 years Food and Beverage leadership required - Banquet and In-Room Dining leadership experience preferred. Must have proficiency with training performance standards, scheduling, inventory, budgeting and managing department expenses.
