Responsibilities include, but are not limited to organizing and conducting pre-shift and departmental meetings, scheduling and directing staff in their work assignments, creating forecast and revenue reports, organizing special events in the lobby lounge such as receptions and interacting pro-actively and positively with guests. This role with also assist with the interviewing, selection, and training of associates. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Previous hotel food and beverage experience preferred. Time management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members Ability to lead and direct a team.
