span B Basel 3 Reporting Consultant /B br This consultant will work to support production and project activities related to Basel Risk Weighted Asset calculations, Capital Planning workflow, and Regulatory Reporting. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the Capital Planning process of large banks, Risk Weighted Asset calculations, Capital Stress Testing, as well as impact to regulatory filings (FR Y14-A/Q/M, FR Y9-C, FFIEC 101, 102). br   br The ideal candidate should have the demonstrated ability to work effectively in a self-directed environment while showing initiative in proactively improving organizational processes. The candidate is also expected to demonstrate strong verbal and analytical skills. br   br B Description: /B br ul
li Applies business and technical knowledge in determining end-to-end design requirements to automate bank holding company regulatory capital reporting. /li li Applies specific knowledge of Basel III Final Rule and Standardized Approach risk weighted assets to determine data requirements. /li li Works closely with business partners to determine requirements and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure. /li li Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of applications, often using new technologies. /li li Works closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans/scripts serve customer needs. /li li Provide leadership and direction to team members to ensure that the business requirements are appropriately defined and that an enhancement or project is warranted. /li li Coordinate and lead cross-functional task forces to identify and document functional requirements, work flow, information sources and distribution paths, and system specifications. /li /ul
  br B Skills/Experience /B br ul
li 7+ years industry / functional experience. /li li Excel / reporting experience. /li li SQL or programming experience. /li li Process improvement within a production environment. /li li Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. /li /ul
