SERVICE AREA OVERVIEW
Northside Hospital offers state-of-the-art Emergency Services at each of its hospitals, providing emergency care to any medical, surgical or obstetrical patient. At each of our three hospitals, a multi-disciplinary team offers high quality, compassionate care. With HealthExpress, patients with less severe injuries (determined at triage) are seen by a registered nurse, physician assistant or nurse practitioner, to expedite care and get them home quicker. More than 137,000 patients are treated annually across our three hospital locations.
Drives and enhances the talent strategy for the customers we serve, including leading talent identification and assessment activities, retention planning, succession planning, and development efforts for our employees. Leads a dynamic team of talent acquisition recruiters in attracting and selecting qualified candidates, and in providing excellent service to both our internal and external customers; supports the hospital s mission, values and department s strategic plan.
Required: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other behavioral health related fields Minimum of 1 year experience in the behavioral health field BLS/CPR certification required Preferred: Direct patient care experience preferably in a hospital or inpatient mental health facility preferred
