br Professional Part-Time Bell Person to create memorable
br first and last impressions for our guests!
br
br Responsibilities Include:
br
br *Assisting guests in their arrival and departure
br experience.
br *Assisting in the transport and storage of guest
br luggage.
br *Assisting with guest packages.
br *Properly logging all trips originating from the Bell
br Stand.
br *Being knowledgeable of all hotel amenities.
br *Being knowledgeable of the Uptown Charlotte area.
br *Completing guest shoe shines.
br *Assist with guest questions and follow-through on
br requests
br *Perform any other duties assigned by the Front Office
br Management
br *Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames
br when obtained
br *Be actively engaged with our guests and deliver
br memorable guest experiences
br *Create unique, personalized WOW moments at every
br opportunity
