SUMMARY: The BellValet Attendant is responsible for creating and enhancing the ArrivalDeparture experience of the Four-Diamond Boardwalk Inn and the Four-Diamond Village at Wild Dunes to our guests. This means establishing an excellent level of service and attitude equivalent or better than AAA Four-diamond service levels, exceeding guest satisfaction at all levels and performing job requirements to Wild Dunes Resorts standards. The primary responsibilities beyond service levels include but are not limited to assisting guests with their luggage, assisting as a valet or transportation driver, and providing the front desk with any additional assistance.

The BellValet Attendant shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. She will be responsible for exemplifying the Wild Dunes Resort Culture as well as promoting Wild Dunes Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Warmly greet all incoming guests
Opens doors for incoming guests
Assists guests with their luggage
Provides transportation for guests around the resort
Performs special deliveries or errands for guests
Responsible for occasional room deliveries
Provides general resort information to guests
Provides an exceptional guest experience during transportation
Maintains a safe environment for guests
Offers warm and sincere welcomefarewell for all guests of Wild Dunes Resort including use of guest name when possible & good eye contact with each guest.
Maintain the cleanliness of work station
Provides room orientations upon check in
Supporting the Front Desk or Concierge, answering phones, assisting guests with questions
Interacts with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
Always maintains a professional demeanor and attitude
Attend all monthly and resort required meetings
Communicates all pertinent information to the Resort Services Manager or the MOD
Maintains constant awareness of safety issues, (i.e. broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks and suspicious persons). Reports all safety incidents to on-duty supervisor.
Acts with responsibility towards all company property, supplies and equipment.
Maintains a professional appearance. Follows all Wild Dunes Resort dress code standards.
Remains alert, courteous and helpful to the guests and colleagues at all times.

Associate is held accountable for all duties of this job and other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent.
