JOB DESCRIPTION

Candidates applying must have dealt with Healthcare insurance claims and flexible spending accounts insurance.

Requirements:

This position is responsible for adjudicating incoming claims in accordance with policies, procedures and IRS guidelines.

Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM

Responsible for reviewing, entering and processing initial claims into the computer system timely and correctly.

Follow policies and procedures to ensure proper payment of claims.

Must possess excellent data entry skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks, and correctly complete claims within specified timeframes.

Strong attention to detail.

Identify problem claims and follow up on all rejected claims.

Ability to work under pressure in a high volume fast-paced environment.

Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
