Position Summary: Analyze, reconcile, and audit employee benefits records/files, and human resource information systems in accordance with applicable law, procedure, policy, and best practices, in support of Benefits plan design and policy.
* Determines employee benefit practices by bench-marking best practices; researching industry and employment trends; tracking legislation and estimating impact.
BA or BS in Accounting, Business or Human Resources, or equivalent job experiencerequiredExperience
2-4years of experience in benefits/HRIS -
Workdayexperiencepreferred * Experience administering employee benefit plans Skills and Abilities: * Affordable Care Act reporting experience
* Excellent organization and project management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Solid technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to be both an effective team member and self-starter * Working knowledge of MS Office including intermediate Excel expertise required
