li Conduct research on vendor benefit programs to determine best fit for organization /li li Make recommendations to Manager based on research findings /li li Work with Manager to implement program, inform employees of new updates /li li Arrange the daily processing of benefit programs and sign-ups /li li Handle new hire enrollment, open enrollment, updates, terminations, insurance/disability claims /li li Perform audits to ensure program effectiveness, measure ease of use and correct any issues /li li Provide regional benefits support /li /ul
br Requirements br ul
li MUST have a Bachelor’s degree /li li At least three years of benefits administration experience /li li Power use of MS Office Suite (experience with Lawson is a HUGE plus) /li li Effective communication skills, organized, work well in fast-paced environment /li /ul
