THE ROLE
Join a fast-paced growing practice in a critical team role. This position provides day-to-day consulting, service and support to Willis Towers Watson clients, prospects and carriers. Interfaces and works closely with Sr. Client Managers, Client Associates, Willis Towers Watson Executives, and Producers to ensure effective and efficient delivery of client services, while controlling a meaningful book of business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Responsible for completion of the daily support for clients including employee benefits brokerage, consulting, and general account management
*Critically evaluate solution ideas by considering data, precedents and input from stakeholders; assess complex information
*Prepare reports for stewardship, pre-renewal strategies, renewals presentations, placement activity along with analysis
*Keeping clients up to date on the latest legislation (i.e. ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ACA, Sections 125, etc.).
*Construct, analyzes and negotiate requests for Proposals (RFP s) or work with marketing departments to prepare RFP s as necessary
*Provide technical assistance in financial and data analytics
*Prioritizes work processes and maintains 100% compliance with required client data in EPIC
*Manage projects to ensure clients needs and deadlines are met
*Builds strong relationships with interactions with carriers and TPA s
*Prepare and review presentation of annual client deliverables and reports
*Client retention is expected and new client revenue or rounding of accounts is encourage
*Maintain client information in Agency Management System (EPIC) in accordance with WEM and Willis Towers Watson accounting standards
*Demonstrate and support Willis Towers Watson Values and Compliance Standards
*Capitalize on internal Subject Matter Experts and external compliance, 5500 reporting, legislative adherence, and Willis internal compliance protocols

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

* 7-10 years of Employee Benefit Consulting experience preferably in the brokerage or carrier environments or in Employee Benefits Management for an organization.

* Demonstrated technical knowledge of self-funding, stop-loss, renewal underwriting, claims analysis, and contract review.

* Detailed expertise of employer-sponsored health and welfare plans

* Knowledge of legislative and compliance of ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ACA, Sections 125 & 105, 5500s, etc.

* Ability to provide expert, in depth advice to client resulting in overall client satisfaction

* Must possess strong written and oral communication skills.

* Should be well-versed with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher.

* Possess well-honed communication, presentation, problem-solving and logical-thinking skill

* Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, client-focused, team environment

* Bachelor s degree or equivalent career experience required

* State insurance license required within 60 days of hire.

* Ability to travel up to 20%
