Job Description
Benjamin Moore & Co. is seeking a part time Benefits Coordinator, working 15 - 20 hours per week between the hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, flexible with work hours. This position would not be eligible for medical benefits. Specific responsibilies include;
Create and update excel spreadsheets with benefits information
Updating benefit information in the Companys HRIS
Updating information in the Companys benefit enrollment system
Administering the Companys matching gift program
Administering the Companys tuition reimbursement program
Administering and publishing the Companys Anniversary list
Completing the IRS 5500s in a software program with the data provided by the Sr. Benefits Specialist
Filing the departments paperwork
Coordinating employee and retiree mailings which will include and not limited to producing labels via mail merge, copying and stuffing envelopes
Implementing employee indicative data into benefit vendor websites
Search/Key Words; Benefit Administrator, Benefit Specialist, Benefit Assistant
Required Skills:
Strong MicroSoft skills including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Previous experience working with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
2+ years experience in Human Resources administering programs
Excellent communications skills including working with employee and retiree inquiries
Ability to multi-task and possess strong organizational skills
