Job Description
Adventist Health System is seeking qualified applicants for a Benefits Specialist position to work in its call center based in Altamonte Springs, FL.
Job Summary: Administers benefits for employees supported by the Adventist Health System Benefits Service Center. Answers questions by phone, email, fax, and mail for all benefits in a courteous, timely and efficient manner. Processes claims for the flexible spending accounts and reimbursement programs. A Benefits Specialist will field an average of 60 calls daily and is responsible for resolution of customer issues relative to benefits. Communicates consistently in a positive and professional manner, giving accurate information to all external as well as internal customers. Oral and written communications require sensitivity, good judgment and a caring attitude be displayed in every situation.

Experience Requirements:
-1 - 2 years Benefits Human Resources experience -Call center experience preferred -Computer skills: Word and Excel Attributes:
