JOB DESCRIPTIONBi-Lingual Call Center Associates will provide excellent customer service in an inbound/outbound environment.
Call center associate duties may include:
?Interacting with customers to provide information for entire shift
?Maintain productivity standards
?High level of professional customer service
?Accurately process transactions regarding products and services
?Accurately record all customer contacts
?Move fluently through computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues
?Refer unresolved customer issues to designated call center department or supervisor for resolution
All Call Center Associates require the willingness to:
?Remain professional in busy call center environment.
?Adhere to schedule
?Be flexible for overtime
?Attend all training (1-3 weeks)
Speak Spanish and English fluently!
Call Center Associate Qualifications:
?High School Diploma or Equivalent
?Computer literate including Word and E-mail
?Strong problem solving skills
?Attend all training
