JOB DESCRIPTIONAdecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a job in Charlotte, NC. This is a fantastic opportunity. As a Bilingual-Spanish/English Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties in support of the Directors Please send me a copy of your updated resume if you meet the below requirements.
. Helping to plan and implement marketing related events, such as meeting and trade shows
. Writing and editing press releases, newsletters, and product bulletins
. Maintaining and updating website content
. Preparing mailers and brochures
. Answering incoming telephone calls; determining purpose of calls and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or department
. Taking and delivering message or transferring calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are available
. Ensuring confidentiality of all communications.
. Welcoming on site visitors, determining nature of business and announcing visitor's to appreciate personnel
. Fluent in English and Spanish
. Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, graphic design or related discipline preferred or equivalent experience may be considered in waving this requirement.

. Organized and detail oriented
