Title: Customer Service Rep
Location: Phoenix, AR
Inputs member information with a high degree of accuracy
Interacts with various other departments to obtain information and resolve outstanding member and / or client issues
Data entry to include accurate and timely entry of information
Handling inbound / outbound calls in a timely & efficient manner while focusing on quality & satisfaction
Team player with ability to work in a fast paced setting
Upholding a positive work environment by communicating in a manner consistent with professional standards
Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
What You Need For This Position
At least 2 years call center experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel applications
Type 45 WPM
Positive & ambitious personality
High School diploma or GED (2 years college experience is a plus)
Good oral and written communication skills
Excellent problem resolution and customer service skills
