span Ajilon Professional Staffing is hiring for a Bilingual Chinese Customer Service Coordinator Job in Bellevue, WA. In this role you will be expected to work as a team and resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately. You will also manage relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and account management support. This position is offering $15.75-$16.75 depending on experience and shift times and has temporary to hire and direct hire positions available. br   br Customer Service Coordinator Job Responsibilities: br • Interact directly with customers to answer any questions or address concerns or route customers to the correct personnel br • Manage customer complaints regarding questions, inquires or complaints through excellent communication br • Maintain information and records by updating accounts and recording new information br • Serve as a liaison between various departments to gain information, resolve problems or provide support br   br Qualifications: br • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience br • High School Diploma or higher br • Fluent in English and Chinese br • Proficient computer skills especially in Microsoft Suite br • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written br • High organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to multitask br • Flexible and available to work various shifts br   br If you would like to be considered for the Bilingual Chinese Customer Service Coordinator Job, please apply at www.ajilon.com    br   br   br /span
