JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY A well-known stable company in the Hampton Roads area is looking for a professional, BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) administrative support professional looking to expand his/her career! The ideal candidate must recognize the importance of first impressions,whether face to face or over the phone and possess a minimum of 2+ years experience in a reception or administrative role. We are looking for that go-to, can-do 'Director of First Impressions.' If you are the person that everyone goes to in a pinch and can easily solve problems while maintaining a high level of positivity and professionalism, then you might be our candidate! Successful candidate must type 60 wpm and have a Intermediate understanding of MS Word and Excel. Candidate must be fluently bilingual English/Spanish and able to communicate strongly and professionally to persons of varying levels.
