Bilingual Customer Service Call Center French / English

Responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound phone calls from customers and merchants regarding store credit card applications, inquiries and issues.
• Process new application for different merchants throughout the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the Bahamas.
• Review credit reports to verify application accuracy and customer information to ensure credit worthiness.

Previous customer service experience required preferably in a call center environment. Excellent communication, follow up, and computer skills required.
