JOB DESCRIPTIONCustomer Service Representative
*Must be Bilingual English/Spanish*
Duties and Responsibilities
*Professionally respond to customer inquiries, via telephone.
*Receive telephone orders and inquiries - an average of 90 calls per day. Inquiries may be for, but not limited to, availability, delivery dates, terms, prices, problem shipments, or backorder dates.
*Be familiar with, and answer questions on Company products, promotions, pricing and/or procedures.
*Provide low level technical support for all Milwaukee products and be able to identify common service parts and accessories.
*Through use of trouble-shooting and listening skills to find the root of a caller's question/problem.
*Track order shipments, and verify delivery using the Internet
*Help customers with questions on all Milwaukee Tool websites.
*Use PC to enter, and/or edit incoming orders for Company products from Distributors, Service Stations, Sales Reps, or end users. Clarify terminology and/or provide missing or misstated information. Prepare or modify orders and check for customer credit standing, conditions and terms of sale. Notify Sales Rep involved of any customer-related problems.
*Notify Address Book of customer terminations, billing changes, additions, deletions or changes.
*Handle difficult calls in a professional manner.
*Ability to perform all Order Analyst job functions.
*Participate in Management Reviews and Kaizens.
Education and Experience
This position requires a high school diploma or GED and one year of Call Center experience. This position also requires incumbent to be bilingual in Spanish.
*Above average written and verbal communication skills required.
*Excellent keyboarding and personal computer skills required.
*Familiarity with Microsoft software products, as well as Lotus Notes and/or other e-mail packages helpful.
