span span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;' Ajilon Professional Staffing has a bilingual Customer Service Representative position available with a growing and dynamic financial institution in Knoxville.  As the Customer Service Representative, you will respond to a high volume of customer inquiries about products and services.  Daily work schedule is 10am-7pm with one Saturday per month. Competitive pay and fantastic work environment! br   br On a daily basis, the Customer Specialist Representatives will be called on to: br • Serve as the human voice and personality for the company providing quality customer service with each and every client interaction br • Utilize good judgment to make sound decisions to resolve customer issues.  Effectively break down information and identify opportunities to gain client agreement and trust br • Take ownership of every customer experience br • Commit to treating clients and teammates with the utmost integrity and respect br • Challenge yourself and raise the bar for excellence in customer service br   br To be successful in this role, you should have: br • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (financial services, call center, retail, etc.) br • Excellent communication, decision making, persuasion and problem resolution skills br • Experience working in fast-paced, goal oriented and team based structured environment br • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary software easily br • Knowledge of bank products and services a plus br • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment br • Displays compassion and courtesy when working with all clients br • Creatively resolve problems and effectively use resources br • 1-3 years Telephone Customer Service experience br   br To be considered for this opportunity, you should apply today on our website at www.ajilon.com. br   br /span br /span
