JOB DESCRIPTIONBilingual call center reps are needed for a Member Services Specialist role with a dynamic and growing company in Lewisville!
As a Member Services Specialist you will be responsible for representing the company to members or other clients in a courteous and professional manner. You will be providing members with detailed information related to billing questions, handling escalation issues, ensuring HIPAA compliance for all departmental filing, and performing other duties as directed.
- MUST BE BILINGUAL (Spanish and English)
- Call center experience is required, healthcare experience is highly preferred.
- We are looking for solid tenure on resumes, meaning no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years!
- MUST HAVE 24/7 AVAILABILITY! The position is 40 hours/week, 5 days/week, but second shifts, overnight shifts, and some weekends may be required.
This is a full-time, direct hire position with benefits available. Pay is up to $17/hr depending on experience. Interviews will be scheduling soon, apply today!
