IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES IN NORTHWEST HOUSTON!
The Customer Service Representative I (CSR I) handles incoming calls received via an automated call distribution (ACD) system regarding scheduling of transportation and all other details of customer trips. The CSR I is the front line representative for Client and handles internal and external customer questions, complaints and inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one call resolution. The CSR I manages calls in a personal, systematic and organized manner following departmental guidelines and utilizing proper use of terminology. The CSR I will route calls internally using appropriate CSC guidelines.
Must be bilingal (English/Spanish) Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment is required.
High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required
Must be computer literate, with six months recent experience operating a computer in a work environment, using Windows based applications (Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word) is required.
Six months recent customer service or Call Center is required
