As a Bilingual Direct Sales Specialist, your role will be to handle these calls to educate them about Allstate's products, and to successfully close the sale. In addition to handling a high volume of phone leads, you will be on the front line of Allstate's sales process and critical to helping our Customer Information Center achieve its customer satisfaction and business performance goals.
