li Performs trouble shooting in the identification of applicable problems related to the infrastructure, systems, applications and network communications /li li Follows defined procedures /li li Refers atypical problems to others /li li Reports on activities regularly to supervisor in well defined format /li li Gathers information and/or data independently using established and well defined procedures /li li Recommends actions to improve efficiency /li li Performs duties within prescribed time frame /li li Errors can be easily and quickly detected within the immediate work unit /li li Contributions limited to task related activities /li /ul
li Contacts are primarily within immediate work unit /li li Close supervision /li li Proposes and implements solutions to routine problems with direction from supervisor /li /ul
