Bilingual English/Spanish Field Event Managers

Advantage Sales & Marketing, LLC are seeking dynamic, energetic, experienced and Bilingual (English/Spanish) Field Event Managers to help us manage upcoming marketing events. This position serves as the primary field contact who will be in charge of flawless execution and quality assurance of the Maseca Prize Patrol program. The events will consist of visiting various locations to surprise Maseca customers with gifts, which will reinforce the great Maseca name. Please see details below. Program Launch: March 2012 Training: Provided Pay: Highly Competitive hourly wage Responsibilities This is a short-term, part-time position Field Event Manager will be in charge of overseeing a group of Brand Ambassadors -you will be Primary Field Authority Placement and set up of teardown/assets Document each event via reporting and pictures Responsible for making sure event runs smoothly and acts as the eyes and ears of the company Field Manager must have energetic personality which will enlighten Brand Ambassadors and represent Maseca Product line in a positive fashion Requirements Must be available four days of the week (Thursday-Sunday) (32 hrs/week) 3-5 year management (or assistant/lead) experience in promotions/road shows (not retail management) Must be fully bilingual (speaking) in English and Spanish Need to have a Valid US Driver s License to pick up rental truck or van to carry Brand Ambassadors booths for event Must successfully pass an MVR check (Motor Vehicle Report), Background Check and Drug Screening Must have cell phone that allows texting Please email resumes with full name and contact number if you meet the above requirements.
