li Institute and manage company compensation system and assist with training of business leaders on that system /li li Optimize management system performance across multiple locations nationwide /li li Create, administer, and maintain training and development programs /li li Recruit for salaried positions across the US and help build a talent pipeline through networking events /li li Manage all forms of government reporting required for organization such as: AAP, EEOC, Vets100, PPACCA /li /ul
br As a Human Resources Manager you will need the following qualifications: br ul
li Bachelors’ degree from an accredited university /li li 5+ years of experience in a similar role involving training and development and talent management /li li Comfortable in a manufacturing environment /li /ul
