Working under the direction of Sr. Manager HR, this position will focus on daily administration of all HR policies / programs (salaried and hourly) and function as first level of support for the site leadership teams. Primary duties include maintaining an environment of positive employee relations while taking the lead on most performance improvement initiatives, investigations, discipline administration and local employee development programs. In addition, this position will be responsible for providing tactical work direction for a HR Generalist and helping to drive the implementation of Siemens Production System.Additional items:* BS/BA required.
