JOB SUMMARY:
The Bilingual LPN in Ambulatory/Specialty Care Services effectively performs all nursing functions in an efficient manner and in accordance with policies, procedures, and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. The Bilingual LPN in Ambulatory/Specialty Care Services manages phone and walk-in triage, assesses patients and documents findings, educates patients and family members and effectively serves as a preceptor and/or resource when called upon.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Active Indiana LPN license or eligibility for Indiana licensure
-Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred
-Current BLS certification (American Heart Association Healthcare Provider preferred)
-Bilingual (able to speak and understand) in English and Spanish Full-time Days
