And, when you contribute, you'll open doors for yourself that simply do not exist in any other organization, anywhere. * Bilingual in English and Spanish * Current, unrestricted NP/PA license the State where this position is located or ability to obtain * DEA License or ability to obtain * If Nurse Practitioner, national certification as ANP, FNP, or GNP or ability to obtain * A clinical background in adult, family or geriatric specialties * Past experience working in a nursing home or with seniors in other settings * Intermediate level of proficiency in PC based word processing including Microsoft Word and Outlook * Must have reliable transportationEvercare is now part of the OptumHealth division under the greater UnitedHealth Group umbrella.
