JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are currently hiring for a quality analyst in a call center located near downtown Austin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing call coaching to Customer Service Representatives and will select and evaluate recorded calls for each coaching session. The candidate will also monitor calls to ensure the accuracy of information provided. Attention to detail and accuracy are the keys to success in this position!
Experience and Required Skills:
? Advanced Internet and data base navigation skills
? Intermediate knowledge level of Microsoft Office with a basic knowledge level of Microsoft Word and Excel
? At least 2 years of call monitoring experience
? At least 2 years of providing coaching feedback
? At least 1 year of providing customer service over the phone as an agent, lead or sup in an inbound contact center
? Ability to analyze call data and make recommendations for improvement
