JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Bilingual Sales Coordinator is responsible for corresponding to all issues with internal salesperson, distributors, and direct customers, as well as internal departments to maintain customer.
Work with all internal departments to answer varying questions that the customer may have (technical, pricing, product availability, etc) and relay the information via fax/phone/e-mail to the customer and sales person.
Remain in daily contact with international sales personnel and agents
Handle international projects with salespeople from start finish
Complete proforma invoices, quotations have been accepted
Complete margin summary analysis per project including commissions
Double check terms and conditions of sale project
Determine best shipping method and origin of shipment
Bachelor s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience may be considered
Proficient in Microsoft Window s application(Word, Excel)
