WHO WE?RE LOOKING FOR: Seeking an assertive and dedicated Administrative Assistant that will Maintain and coordinate calendars and schedules in Microsoft Outlook. Creating files and filing documents. Copying and scanning documents. Assist with managing Department conference room schedules. Ordering office supplies. Creating and maintaining matters in the department?s document management system. Preparing files for storage, and retrieving files from storage. Receiving, sorting coding and processing of invoices Maintain hard copy files of invoices. Setting up new vendors in financial systems. Communicating processes with new vendors. Generating reports in system related to billing, costs, budgets, etc. Researching questions about invoice payments.
