Seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative. Please ensure that you are FULLY fluent in Spanish prior to applying. The duties include receiving inbound telephone calls to assist customers (internal and external) with questions or concerns. As a Customer Service Representative you must maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Please possess excellent communication abilities and have a fun and positive attitude. The best fit for this position is someone with energy, a team player, motivated, positive personality, sense of accomplishment doing the work well, go-getter but not overly aggressive, and friendly. Please have at least 3 to 5 years of CALL CENTER experience. Retail does not count as viable customer service experience for this role as this position requires call center experience.
