In this newly-created, challenging and very hands-on role, you will manage the daily functions of customer service and sales administration while actively working in the capacity of a senior customer service representative. As the Customer Service and Sales Administration Manager your primary mission will be to design, develop and implement a first-class customer service, sales order processing, customer inquiry, return goods authorization and sales administration processes and systems. Your breadth of customer service experience in a small-company environment, preferably in the consumer goods industry, will allow you to anticipate and manage events, trends, and challenges as it relates to customer service activity. Working with sales, finance and operations, you will ensure all orders are taken, processed and fulfilled accurately and timely. Your strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, will allow you to develop and maintain all computer reports relating to sales by customer, end user account, territory, region and by product. Expertise with implementation, performance reviews, hiring, and revamping is a huge plus.
