Job Description

We are looking for 15+ Bilingual Customer Relationship Specialists (CRS) to join our team in our Charlotte, NC call center. Tentative Start Date: Friday, 3/23/12 Schedule for first 1 2 weeks: 10:00 a.m. 6:30 p.m., Mon. Fri. Training schedule: 1:00 p.m. 9:30 p.m., withSundays and Monday off. (approx. 8 weeks) Transition Training schedule: 2:30 p.m. 11:00 p.m., with Wednesdays and Sundaysoff. (approx. 8 weeks) Regular Schedule:Starting times between 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., with ending times between 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., with Wednesdays and Sundays off. Employees may also have the option of two consecutive mid week days off (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) for their regular schedule. Holidays required. Salary: $552.00 weekly (paid bi weekly). Possible additional 10% if regular schedule is a 2nd shift schedule. Additional 5% for language skill. Benefits effective 1st day of employment! Position requires PandC licensing/Allstate appt., which Allstate provides paid training for you to obtain your license. Resident and non resident licenses are required and the state requires FBI fingerprinting. Understand that a valid credit check will be required as part of the selection/background process. $500.00bonus paid after 6 months of employment, if hired with an active General Lines Property and Casualty License!(prior licensed Allstate employees are not eligible). The purpose of this department is to answer complex customer inquiries or resolve complex service concerns in order to support customers. Service to customers will include inbound/outbound calls and internal call transfers for cross sales and mail or fax transactions. The scope of this job is:The CustomerRelationship Specialist (CRS)is a licensed representative and is responsible for initiating and successfully closing cross sales opportunities and supporting marketing campaigns. Contacts are made through inbound and outbound calls in a way that enables the contact center to meet its customer satisfaction and business performance goals.
