JOB DESCRIPTIONMASSIVELY EXPANDING Co. is actively seeking a Bilingual Spanish Outbound Customer Service Manager to lead and manage the transformation of the Customer development team which will be comprised of 15 Customer Care Representatives. This team will be responsible for key customer development activities including but not limited to sales (inbound, up selling & cross-selling and outbound), education, recruitment and loyalty programs. This leader will look for opportunities to retain existing customers across the commercial channels, and will be a key player to develop a cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, education, etc.) to create and implement programs aligned with strategic plans. Seeking an entrepreneur mindset that will help define the strategic road map and initiatives to transform the Customer Development Center to an inbound & outbound center, and accelerate the sales growth of the Customer Development Center.
